About Us: Prospect Kids is looking to hire Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) to service ABA clients in NYC. We are based in Brooklyn however we work with children in all 5 boroughs. This opportunity is excellent for someone looking to really help make a difference for families in need. A BCBA is a health care professional who studies the behavior of children and adults and creates plans to improve or change problematic behaviors providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We specialize in providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders from toddlers to age 21.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR RUSSIAN SPEAKING BCBA'S WITH MMIS # PREFERABLE
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health treatments for clients with autism and autism spectrum disorders and related disorders including Asperger’s Syndrome, Childhood Disintegrative Disorder, Pervasive Developmental Disorders or Rett Syndrome.
- Work in homes, and other locations with children implementing established goals and following treatment protocols.
- Monitor and collect information about the client’s behavior and skills using data collection.
- Develop behavior treatment plans that are unique to each child and teach ABA, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- MMIS # preferable
- BCBA certificate and be qualified to work with young children
- Must be physically able to perform the job functions and other duties as assigned.
- Ability to train and support staff as needed
- Must possess a high degree of professionalism and commitment to handling confidential information.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, problem solving and organizational skills.
